Fav5 Cream Blushes

Cream blush might just be my favorite type of product. It’s easy to apply, it comes in fun colors, there’s all sorts of formulas that work for a dry skin gal like me! Here are my Fav5 cream blushes I’m using right now…

Honest Beauty Crème Cheek Blush

$12.99; 4 Colors: Plum Berry, Coral Peach, Peony Pink, Rose Pink

Why I love it?

These are easy to use, great colors, widely available, affordable, plus the list of ingredients Honest Beauty doesn’t use is really nice to see!

Would I Buy More?

Yes! Well, I can’t because I own all four colors currently available. But I would.

Shiseido Minimalist Whipped Powder Blush

$29.00; 8 colors: Eiko, Momoko, Sonoya, Chiyoko, Kokei, Setsuko, Seyoko, Ayao

Why I love it?

While not technically a cream, they’re light and bouncy, easy to apply, wears beautifully, and really layerable! I never feel like I’ve put on too much blush when I wear these. I also love the little glass pots they come in.

Would I Buy More?

Yes! I own four colors currently Momoko, Sonoya, Kokei and Seyoko. I don’t really need any more blushes atm, but this will def be on my list for when I’m ready for a new one!

Kosas Color & Light: Crème Cream Blush & Highlighter Duo

image from kosas.com

$34.00; 6 Colors: 8th Muse, 8th Muse High Intensity, Velvet Melon, Velvet Melon High Intensity, Tropic Equinox, Tropic Equinox High Intensity, Helio, Helio High Intensity

Why I love it: The creaminess of the formula is beyond compare. It’s specifically designed to be used both with and without foundation, so I have options. Plus it comes with a coordinating highlighter!

Would I Buy More?

Yes, but… it seems Kosas is attempting to design a capsule-like makeup wardrobe. I am curious to try the High Intensity version of any of the colors for comparison, but I really like the color I have and I feel it fits in right where I want it to in my makeup wardrobe.

Fenty Cheeks Out Freestyle Cream Blush

image from fentybeauty.com

$20.00; 10 Colors: Fuego Flush, Petal Poppin’, Cool Berry, Drama Class, Bikini Martini, Crush on Cupid, Strawberry Drip, Daiquiri Dip, Summertime Wine, Rosé Latte.

Why I love it: I don’t think I can add anything else useful to this product converstation. It has tons of fun colors, they go on sheer, they’re buildable and they wear beautifully!

Would I Buy More?

Yes, already in my cart.

Sisley-Paris Phyto-Blush Twist

image from sisley-paris.com

$69.00; 6 Shades: Petal, Fuschia, Papaya, Glow, Contour, Passion

Why I love it: So easy, so creamy and it wears really well throughout the day. This is probably the easiest to apply of all the cream blushes I own.

Would I Buy More?

Maybe. This was a splurge purchase to try a new type of product from a brand that’s newer to me. I’ll go with other splurge spends first I think.

Any cream blushes I still want to try?

YES!! I have been wanting the Westman Atelier Baby Cheeks Blush Sticks since they came out. I’m just itching to pull the trigger on a Tower 28 Beauty BeachPlease Tinted Lip + Cheek Balm. And I’ve been thinking about picking up one of the limited edition Chantecaille Aqua Blushes before they’re gone.
