HELL YEAH FRIDAY OPEN THREAD. I’ve been working like a demon and I’m exhausted AND it’s Shark Week and my face has gone haywire due to hormone flux + Differin “adjusting” my skin’s turnover cycle + I’ve been super busy and I’ve been eating GARBAGE. Not actual literal garbage, but I mean I ordered pizza or Chinese food three times in the span of two weeks [SHAME_BELL.GIF] and each of those orders included French fries, which I horked down like it was a race for my life. Sorry, skin. I’m already doing better! Today I spent an hour making :
That’s lightly-sauteed spinach, grape tomatoes, and zucchini, plus fresh cilantro and broadleaf parsley, which later got blended with quinoa and whole wheat orzo, grated romano cheese, a splash of olive oil, and fresh lemon juice. It’s ACES and I’m super pleased with myself.
That’s me on the right. Figuratively. I’m actually sitting down right now.
